Leyla Acaroglu is the founder and director of Eco Innovators, a multidisciplinary creative practice focused on pioneering social and environmental sustainability through design. Her work spans a variety of locations, fields and mediums, and is driven by a strong desire to affect, create, and see positive pro-sustainability change. She has been named one of Melbourne's Top 100 People of Influence (2010), was a regular judge on the ABC show 'The New Inventors' and has won several awards including two Melbourne Design Awards for her work. Leyla has given talks on sustainability at TEDx Sydney 2012 and TED 2013.
Chairman and Executive Editor, GreenBiz Group
Joel Makower, chairman and executive editor of GreenBiz Group, is an award-winning author and a leading voice on the intersection of sustainable business, clean technology and innovation. He is founder of GreenBiz.com and hosts its annual GreenBiz Forums as well as the VERGE conferences produced around the world by his company. Joel speaks widely to companies around the world. He is author of more than a dozen books, including his latest, Strategies for the Green Economy (2008), along with GreenBiz’s annual “State of Green Business” report. The Associated Press has called him "The guru of green business practices."

Liz Maw joined Net Impact as CEO in 2004. During her tenure, Net Impact has tripled its chapter network to more than 300, formed partnerships with over 50 global corporations, and developed multiple new programs that engage students and professionals in sustainability. Liz is a frequent speaker and writer, with blogs appearing in the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Huffington Post, GreenBiz, and World Economic Forum, which recognized Liz as a Young Global Leader in 2010. In 2011, Liz was named one of the 100 most influential people in business ethics by Ethisphere. Liz is also a Board Member of the World Environment Center.

Geoffrey Copper creates innovative social experiences for the web. He believes that good ideas are motivated by a natural human desire to help each other and to improve the world. Geoff has several years of experience designing products and interactive applications for mobile devices. Currently he is creating a platform for creative social experiences. Geoffrey currently lives in Montréal, QC, Canada.
IFWE Challenge 2012 Second-Prize Winner
Ismael Moreno Cendejas is 24 years old, and studied Industrial Robotics Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City. He designed a bio-robotic device for training people with Parkinson's disease in Mexico incudling a virtual simulation of a portable exoskeleton for hand rehabilitation, while at the University Of Victoria, Canada. Ismael is currently working as an Engineer/Technologist at General Electric (GE) Oil & Gas.

For Andjelic, creativity is not only a job, but a way of life so after jobs in Italy, Germany and Slovenia he went on trying to start his own design studio. "Thanks to Dassault Systèmes award I have priceless software that helps me to fulfill my dream. Every new start is difficult but I strongly believe that hard work and good idea can change your life and maybe the whole world", said Andjelic.
