Ready to shape strategic communications at the executive level? Join our Managing Director's office as a Working Student (f/m/d) - Strategy and Communications and contribute to high-impact presentations, brand transformation, and internal community building. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and design, creating compelling visual communications that reach stakeholders across our global organization.
This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful change in how we communicate our vision, both internally and externally.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Create professional, high-impact presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholder communications
Drive the transformation of our branding, slide design standards, and visual identity
Develop communication strategies that strengthen our internal community and culture
Collaborate directly with the Managing Director on strategic communication initiatives
Own the creative process from concept to delivery while ensuring quality and consistency

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communication Design, Media Studies, or a related field
Strong foundation in visual communication and design principles
Expert-level PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional presentations
Confident use of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals
Proactive mindset and collaborative approach
