Role Description & Responsibilities:

Manage the software maintenance renewals in collaboration with the client executives and customers
Prepare sales quotes and manage sales opportunities in collaboration with the client executives and customers
Provide sales support and identify key materials to support client executive
Manage license keys with collaboration of the Key Management Center and customer
Manage the Customer data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and deliver sales and forecast reporting

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative role within the software industry or a related field
Experience in sales process and tools
Experience in leading change and managing projects
Working with Finance systems is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
