Role Responsibility & Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL),corporate reporting, statutory audit, and taxation. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and effective tax management. 
• Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  - Support GL general accounting activities including but not limited to journal preparation, account reconciliations for Asia BUs in GBS Asia.
  - Process accounting data and tax computation for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and financial reporting to local country and HQ.
  - Manage tax compliance tasks, which not limited to update tax calendar, preparation, review/ validate and submission of Corporate Income Tax and Indirect tax filings (VAT/ GST) & WHT, tax reporting and the related Tax reconciliation, for Asia legal entities in scope to ensure accurate and timely submission as required by tax regulations and tax authorities; engage with Geo finance, Geo Tax team and Tax consultant.
  - Ensure appropriateness of accounting records and control journal entries compliance with 3DS corporate policies & guidelines, internal controls, IFRS and statutory accounting principles.
  - Support the audit processes within the department, including preparation and review for statutory, internal, and other audit / review purposes; liaise with internal and external auditors
  - Manage and accomplish continuous improvement, regional and corporate projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned within agreed timeline; working independently or in a team as required.
