Total Rewards Specialist
Roles & Responbilities
- Ensures market competitiveness and recommends cost-effective methods to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement through the development of effective total rewards, provides market intelligence, and competitive market benchmarking
- Continues to benchmark, align, and improve Dassault Systèmes' compensation & benefits footprint through strategic direction, process improvement, cost management, and identifying appropriate opportunities for change or investment
- Ensures that accurate estimates, forecasts, and calculations of expenditures in compensation align with budget planning and tracking
- Provides ad-hoc analysis and uses data to drive solutions to complex problems
- Manage Total Rewards programs and such as the annual compensation process, salary range development and program development in alignment with global objectives
- Manage compensation and benefits surveys preparation
- Manage benefits design – Insurance renewal, overseeing retirement program, and other fringe benefits design
- Collect /analyse news and information regarding compensation and benefits trends in India and the Asia Pacific region
- Review compensation data quality in PeopleSoft to improve the accuracy
- Analyze to ensure that the 3DS compensation and benefits practice is aligned with the market practices
- Support Variable Pay Pay-out process preparation
- Support compensation and benefits project (Global/Regional/Country)
- Support compensation and benefits convergence in relation to Merger & Acquisition
Required Skills
· 5-7 years of Compensation & Benefits experience or equivalent experience
· Major in Finance or Human Resources is preferred
· Agility with figures and spreadsheets (Advanced level for Excel is a MUST)
· Hands on experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation processes, incentive plans, benefits and reward programs within a global matrixed organization
· Ability to analyze trends, and provide insights from internal and external data
· Highly motivated and competitive self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills• The ability to understand and apply company policies
· Strong sense of confidentiality
· Managing complex budgets across multiple countries, keeping in mind our corporate polices, processes and best practices
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English
