Job Description and Role Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Act as the trusted advisor of the client.
- Support the Client Executive for the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR) definition & update and is accountable for the technical, technological and portfolio relevancy of the CVR
- Execute the customer account strategy according to Customer Value Roadmap (CVR)
- Maintain up-to-date status of all requests (ER, HMA, Escalation…).
- Be accountable for maintaining risk mitigation plan up-to-date for technical topics.
- Act as advocate of the customer and Partners within 3DS taking into consideration 3DS interest.
- Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer decision makers and ecosystem capitalizing all relevant information
- Define and execute the communication plan with the customer in collaboration with the Client Executive.
Value Engagement
- Promote the VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework and convince the customer to adopt it for its Transformation Program/Project, in order to sell the 3DS Solutions through a value proposal and maximize the value for the customer.
- Drive and manage the engagement team during the VALUE ENGAGEMENT, working in conjunction with the sales team (planning, schedule, resources, budget …). Arbitrate, escalate and provide reports. Onboard technical resources and, if required, request IC manager to put in place needed support & training plan.
- Supervise all technical engagement teams’ deliverables including Call for tender & RFx contexts. Be accountable for the quality of all VALUE ENGAGEMENT technical deliverable.
- Lead VALUE ENGAGEMENT Executive Presentation with customer at each VALUE ENGAGEMENT phases with the support of Client Executive and Program manager / Project Manager.
- Present & Convince all VALUE ENGAGEMENT deliverables to customer as well as internally during dedicated review meetings.
- Be accountable for the technical handover to the Value Delivery team (Partner and/or DSIS) , based on capitalized deliverable and ensure the transfer of technical knowledge.
