Strategic Account Manager (High-tech industry)
Job Description & Role Responsibilities
The primary mission of the account executive is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his territory (list of clients). He or she performs end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead to CLOSE, compliant with the DS Sales process referential and deliver revenue plan. Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which he or she will be accountable to engage on value (Through DS Framework).
- Achieve revenue targets for Hi-Tech Customer in alignment with the annual and 3Years business plan.
- Build and manage account plans and opportunity pipelines to ensure business growth and continuity.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting aligned with sales cadence (rolling quarters & FY).
- Collaborate with internal teams and extended sales ecosystem to ensure successful execution.
- Continuously enrich account knowledge and contribute insights to sales team for knowledge sharing and collective success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in software sales
- Strong industry knowledge of the high-tech sector, particularly with companies such as Samsung, LG, or SK
- Hands-on experience and deep understanding of industry-specific processes in the high-tech domain (e.g., Samsung, LG, SK)
- Ability to develop and execute mid- to long-term account strategies and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- Strong result orientation and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in business-level English is preferred
