Role Description & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (e.g. --Understand the customer’s needs, challenge their process, and document the requirements)
You will manage the initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the customer
You will conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable)
You will support end-users on the use of solutions
You will liaise between client and technical team to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client
You will capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability

Qualifications:

Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MES/MOM implementation, configuration, or project management
Experience working in a manufacturing company or on manufacturing industry projects
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and within global teams
Strong English communication skills
Flexible to work on-site in Seoul and other regions in Korea
