Role Description & Responsibilities:

Join the Data Factory Team and take responsibility for developing internal Business Data Experience applications.
Collaborate with business analysts across departments to ensure data supports their reporting and analytical needs.
Build seamless interfaces between business intelligence systems and other business applications to enable timely and accurate data integration.
Drive innovation by introducing tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance data engineering processes and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience with Python, Advanced Excel, Macros, Data Analytics, and HTML & CSS, SAP BODS and Oracle SQL Development. Knowledge of Universe Design and BO Reports Design is an added advantage.
Core Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python, Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, and HTML & CSS.
Expertise in Oracle SQL Development (mandatory).
Proficient in creating and optimizing SAP BODS ETL jobs to support various reporting requirements.
Skilled in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in Data Services jobs and schedules.
Knowledge of creating and optimizing universes to enhance reporting frameworks.
Familiarity with Business Objects Report development is a plus.
Knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., Atomic, Windows Scheduler) is advantageous.
Understanding of CRM, Sales, and Marketing technologies is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with business stakeholders.
Capability to gather requirements and create detailed technical documentation.
