Role Description & Responsibilities:

Manage relationship between Dassault Systemes and the 'public sector' (Politicians, administration, public agencies, business associations, think tanks, universities, etc.) and generate significant business opportunities and revenue for 3DS.
Monitor the political scene to detect changes that could potentially impact the company. Report on these changes and implications.
Monitor the legislation/regulatory changes that potentially impact Dassault Systemes. When necessary and in full respect of local legislation rules regarding lobbying activities and company's code of ethics, propose an action plan to present company's opinion about the legislation/regulation in preparation
Identify sources of public funding (e.g. R&D support) and advocate in favour of projects.
Map and engage with key stakeholders in the public sector to create a favourable eco-system and explain how Dassault Systemes' solutions can contribute to 'harmonize product, nature & life.'
Identify as early as possible business opportunities and actively contribute to transforming them into significant deals.

Qualifications:

Min 8 yrs working experience in public, government, education and private sector (industry, consulting) up to 10 yrs; OR has experiences in government, public organizations or universities as business PM
Experiences in multi-national company and from high tech/leading innovative sector (nice to have)
Excellent to make business proposals and deliver presentations
Software industry experiences are preferred. (nice to have)
Experience to collaborate, handle and drive partner companies
Excellent communication both in Korean & English
