Job Description & Responsibilities:

Support partner-related operations : opportunity validation, Partner Pipeline Import (PPI) upload review, and Partner Certification management (examination opening and result consolidation)
Ensure Opportunities and Leads information are up to date (naming rules, Forecast Status, close date, amount, start date) in compliance with the Cooperate guidance
Assist with regular weekly reports and internal reports based on Macros or BI tools : Territory List, quarterly Historical PO, IB (installed base) and Price List
Support preparation of official documents for Partners and customers
Provide comprehensive team support, including assistance to team members and internal daily operational activities.

The purpose of this internship is to support Sales Operations team in day-to-day operational activities.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, BI and ERP system
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to listen to internal customers and management, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions.
Ability to think logically and structure answers.
The successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems and partnering across teams and organizations to drive change.
