Sales Manager- Cloud & SaaS Solutions
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager in the North America Sales HUB, you will lead a Sales Team who is focused on pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
You will mentor your Team in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and leverage your success in selling cloud-based and SaaS solutions to inspire them toward their goals.
Driving strategic outreach across key industries like: Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, and High-Tech, you will serve as the link between Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. Developing and executing sales strategies, coaching your team to exceed KPIs, and supporting account-based initiatives and campaigns will be your priority.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of B2B inside sales, sales management, or business development, ideally focused on selling tech or enterprise cloud-base SaaS solutions
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a global matrixed environment
- Work in the Waltham, MA office on a hybrid schedule
- Strong CRM knowledge, e.g., HubSpot or similar applications
- Experience with account-based strategies and early-stage pipeline development
- Industry knowledge within aerospace or industrial equipment is a plus
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $115,000 - $150,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
