Sale Executive- Enterprise Data Science & AI Driven Analytics
Role & Responsibilities
As a 3DEXPERIENCE Sales Expert, you will work with global industry leaders to envision their enterprise transformation initiatives to integrate AI, data, process, and their digital thread across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will operate at the intersection of business transformation, advanced analytics, business process management, and system-level engineering, helping customers solve ambiguous, high-impact challenges tied to program performance, resilience, cost, and speed.
You will engage with key stakeholders to shape multi-year transformation initiatives—connecting data, models, and processes into a unified, intelligent enterprise.
· Leading Enterprise Transformation Engagements: Inspiring and driving complex, multi-year engagements focused on AI-enabled transformation across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain ecosystems.
· Framing and Quantifying Business Value: Translating technical capabilities into measurable outcomes, including cost reduction, cycle time improvement, program predictability, and operational resilience.
· Engaging at the Executive Level: Building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders (CIO, CTO, COO, Engineering, Operations) to define and advance strategic initiatives.
· Shaping and Orchestrating Solutions: Collaborating across Dassault Systèmes’ ecosystem (industry, brand, technical teams) architecting solutions that integrate data, AI, and system lifecycle models—not just products.
· Expanding Strategic Accounts: Identifying and developing white-space opportunities by aligning Dassault Systèmes’ capabilities to evolving customer priorities in AI, digital thread, and enterprise transformation.
· Navigating Complex Sales Cycles: Leading end-to-end deal execution across multi-stakeholder environments, including technical, operational, financial, and procurement functions.
· Driving Predictable Growth: Delivering against revenue objectives while maintaining accurate forecasts and contributing to long-term strategic account planning.
Qualifications
· 5+ years proven track record leading complex enterprise sales ($1M–$10M+ deals) with multi-stakeholder engagement
· Strong understanding of data, AI, and enterprise architecture concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
· Experience selling into ambiguous, high-value transformation initiatives
· Demonstrated success engaging executive-level stakeholders and building strategic business cases tied to measurable outcomes
· Willingness to travel up to 60%
