QA & Support Engineer

What will your role be?

1.Functional testing of Web based & standalone applications
2.Application Support - Level 2
3.Communicate with local and remote team members, appropriate stakeholders and customers as needed
4.Work on large scale software systems

Qualification:

1.0-3 Years of functional testing experience
2.Testers mindset!
3.A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering fields
4.Knowledge of testing web based applications is desired
5.Knowledge of API testing is an added advantage
6.Knowledge of testing, SDLC, Bug reporting, Bug lifecycle etc. would be desired
7.Good communication skills
8.Testing certifications if any would be an advantage (ISTQB, QAI etc.)
9.Ability to investigate and find root cause of problem
10.Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
11.Strong problem solving skills
12.Good academic record
13.Customer Support experience/exposure is expected
14.Knowledge & experience of Automation testing is an added advantage
15.Exposure to DevOps would be an added advantage
16.Good knowledge of application support process is an advantage
