QA Automation Engineer

In our India organization, we are looking for a strongly motivated QA Engineer who will have a fundamental role in enabling business and industry innovators to collaboratively build and execute a successful plan, transforming market opportunities into marketplace advantages. As a Software Test Engineer, you will be participating in Qualification of Web and/or Client-Server Applications. These Applications are used by our customers to design, develop, produce and market their Products and/or Services to end consumers. You will work directly with Product Define, Development, Testing, Project Management teams to ensure we are delivering high-quality, innovative products with an emphasis on speed to market and sustainability. You will lead in execution and team adoption of testing, automation tools & best practices.
Role Description & Responsibilities-:

Perform Functional, API, Regression, Load and Performance Testing.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans
Identify, document, and track defects.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
Automate UI and API test scenarios.
Leverage AI tools to generate test cases, test data, and improve QA efficiency.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of QA experience.
Strong knowledge of Functional, API, Regression, and Performance Testing.
Experience with Postman and performance testing tools (JMeter/Locust).
Hands-on experience with Python-based test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Selenium or Playwright.
Experience using AI tools for QA activities.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience testing AI/LLM or RAG-based applications.
