Project Manager
Role Description & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager within the Dassault Systèmes Services team, you are responsible for driving the successful execution of customer projects by ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You act as a key point of coordination between customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Provide critical support in program assessment, planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Structure, organize, and govern projects in alignment with Dassault Systèmes methodologies and delivery standards.
- Lead the development and management of Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring compliance with Dassault Systèmes standards and customer expectations.
- Create, maintain, and oversee project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Accountable for project team performance, providing leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Maintain project financial performance, including P&L ownership, by balancing quality, margins, and schedule commitments.
- Promote the effective use of established best practices while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery processes.
- Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and intellectual property security through appropriate planning and execution practices.
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project management within services, consulting, or similar customer-facing environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English required.
• Experience managing services or consulting engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-centric mindset and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven ability to solve problems autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
