Role & Responsibilities

In your role as PMO you act as ‘the conscience’ of project management financials, guidance and best practices, working to ensure that our commercials run accurately, effectively and on time.
You will be responsible for reliable reporting, monitoring the financial project health and for accurate weekly forecasting from project start up to project completion. For that purpose you will work closely with 3DS Project Managers and various other stakeholders to assure the projects assigned to you are in control and compliant to 3DS financial process guidelines, processes and procedures.

Scope Areas:

Financial project forecast (revenue, cost, project margin)
Monitoring of project budget; actuals and discrepancies vs forecast
Handling of project resourcing
Project planning
Preparation of dedicated customer financial project reports
Invoicing monitoring & validation

Qualifications/Experience

10+ years’ work experience, ideally in an IT Services organisation as PM or PMO (focussed on Project Management Financials)
Effective Communication skills
Team player
You bring a diligent, accurate, pragmatic and proactive attitude
Proficient in- and enjoy working with Excel.
You can quickly familiarize yourself with the use of the various tools, systems, dashboards and platform needed for your daily work.
