Role Description & Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site platform implementation, deployment, and customization
Analyze customer requirements and define optimized solution methodologies
Establish initial positioning, application usages, and technical documentation\
Provide technical support, onboarding, and ongoing solution adoption for end-users
Liaise between clients and internal technical teams for timely issue resolution
Conduct or contribute to a Proof of Concept (if applicable)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PLM, CAD, or Digital Manufacturing Engineer using ENOVIA, Teamcenter, or Windchill\
In-depth knowledge of engineering software implementation project (PLM, CAD, or MES)
Experience in ‘3DEXPERIENCE’ Platform is a strong plus
Flexible to work on-site in Seoul and other regions in Korea
Business-Level English
