Role Description & Responsibilities:
As a PCS QA Engineer, your missions will be:
•    Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios for AI-based applications and services.
•    Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using Apache JMeter and Locust.
•    Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for APIs and AI systems.
•    Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks across CPU, memory, network, and application layers.
•    Validate performance and scalability of LLM-based applications, AI agents, and vector database systems.
•    Collaborate with development, AI/ML, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
•    Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
•    Prepare detailed performance reports with findings, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
•    Support root cause analysis and performance tuning activities for production and pre-production environments.

Qualifications:

•    Education: Engineering graduate with a minimum of 60% throughout academics.
•    Basic hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and Locust.
•    1–3 years of hands-on experience in:
o    Designing performance test scenarios
o    Preparing performance test scripts
o    Executing performance tests using industry-standard performance testing frameworks
•    Strong programming skills in either:
o    Python
o    Core Java
•    Good understanding of:
o    Operating System concepts
o    System profiling
o    Software quality engineering principles
•    Good to have scripting knowledge in:
o    Shell scripting
o    Bash scripting
•    Proven experience in testing AI-based systems with knowledge of:
o    GPU concepts
o    Large Language Models (LLMs)
o    Agentic AI systems
o    Vector databases
•    Experience using profiling and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks related to:
o    API performance
o    CPU utilization
o    Memory utilization
o    Network latency
o    System throughput
•    Experience working with CI/CD and version control tools such as:
o    Jenkins
o    SVN
o    GitLab
•    Good to have experience in:
o    API test automation
o    Simulation and lab experimentation for performance analysis
•    Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as:
o    Grafana
o    Prometheus
•    Exposure to cloud and container technologies is an added advantage:
o    Docker
o    Kubernetes
o    AWS/GCP/Azure

•    Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
