Job Description & Role Responsibilities
- Supervise the ordering system, control and approve Orders (POs) and Renewals (RNs) in compliance with 3DS policies and rules.
- Train and advise Sales Organizations and Distributors in the execution of the Order To Cash (OTC) process.
- Contribute to OTC process documentation and to the ordering tools evolution and testing.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using AI tools or open to learning and applying them quickly
- Fast learner with a growth mindset, even without extensive prior experience
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated in learning and driving tasks forward
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- This position is a 6-month contract role, with a target start date in July 2025.
