We are looking for an EMEAR Purchasing Operations Intern for a six-month internship within our Purchasing team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations across the EMEAR region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia), focusing on supplier registration, receiving processes, and related activities. You’ll contribute to efficient supplier lifecycle management and collaborate with several key business units to ensure seamless operations. The internship is based at our office in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Manage the supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to post-transaction stages, ensuring smooth operations.
Act as a key contact for purchasing topics within assigned Business Units, addressing stakeholder needs.
Assist with supplier registration, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve purchasing issues and maintain accurate records.
Identify workflow improvements and support implementation to enhance efficiency.
Work with regional purchasing teams to coordinate activities and apply purchasing policies consistently.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a study course in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field.
Proficiency in English is essential. Fluency in French or Dutch would be a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and familiarity with SAP or other procurement systems is a plus.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to international settings.
Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
Highly motivated with a desire for professional growth.
