We are looking for Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern to assist with various team initiatives and projects. This is a 12-month internship based in one of our offices: Hammersmith, Cambridge or Warwick with a 40-hour workweek.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture
Working with the Executive Sponsor and DI&B Lead for Northern Europe on multiple Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging topics
Organizing the DIB Calendar
Scheduling events
Owning the DIB Dashboard
Working with the Communications team

Qualifications

An Ideal opportunity for a person who has strong organizational and project management skills and who also has a passion for DI&B topics
Creating diversity analytics to understand and track performance in the organization, including legislative requirements
Celebrating diversity through organized events and awareness sessions
