Client Executive – Consumer Goods/Packaging
We are seeking a Client Executive – Consumer Goods/Packaging who will successfully implement the industry strategy for assigned accounts and their value chain in order to increase Dassault Systèmes’ market presence and revenue growth within the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail industry for the Northern European region (Nordics, Benelux, UK&I). In this role, you will lead strategic client engagement, identify new business opportunities and drive the adoption of Dassault Systèmes solutions to support innovation, sustainability and operational transformation across the packaging industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the account strategy for assigned Consumer Good/Packaging clients, aligning with industry priorities and revenue objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the packaging value chain, including brand owners, packaging manufacturers, converters and ecosystem partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers to expand Dassault Systèmes’ footprint.
- Lead value-based client engagements by positioning Dassault Systèmes solutions to address key industry challenges such as sustainable packaging, product innovation, and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with industry teams, marketing and technical experts to develop tailored proposals, campaigns, and solution strategies that support client transformation initiatives.
- Manage pipeline development and account performance, tracking opportunities and providing regular updates and strategic insights to leadership.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the software industry. Preferably having prior exposure to Consumer Packaged Goods, Packaging, or related industries.
- Understanding of packaging value chains, market dynamics and industry challenges including sustainability and product lifecycle management could be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account strategies that generate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships with large enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a complex sales environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
