Business Development Associate- October or December start
Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will learn to generate qualified opportunities and build sales pipelines. Your training will focus upon lead generation strategies, including researching, contacting, and developing leads through various outreach methods.
You will work closely with Dassault Systemes Sales teams to identify new prospects within your assigned accounts. You will be expected to meet or exceed metrics for outbound calls, accepted opportunities, and prospecting time.
Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in business development or inside sales is desirable, but not required
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates drive and initiative in achieving goals
- Displays comfort with ambiguity and is highly adaptable to new circumstances
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $64,000 and $75,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
