Role Description & Responsibilities:

Develops, plans and manages implementation of BIOVIA customer projects.
Manages the lifecycle of projects resolving complex technical and business problems.
Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Solutions Architects to develop service proposals and project estimates for both new and existing customers.
Manages project expenditures by ensuring timely and accurate service invoicing for projects.
Ensures project compliance with regulatory standards and drive system improvements.
Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and overall project success.
Delivers executive briefings and strategic recommendations for internal action.

Qualifications:

Proven minimum 3 years in successful software project management.
Deep understanding of end-to-end project processes, workflows, budget, resources and business factors.
Tech sales experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Science or similar industries is a plus (ELN or LIMS highly preferred).
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Science, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
Must be fluent in English (both written and oral).
Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
