Role & Responsibilities
Envision yourself delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders and innovative manufacturers in aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, electronics and distribution?
The Dassault Systemes Technical Sales Graduate Development Program, is designed to take you from recent graduate to expert. All the training, mentorship, and structure to get you there will be provided.
You’ll spend 12-months rotating through six core domains:
· Working alongside experienced mentors, shadowing real customer engagements
· Contributing to projects grounded in actual business challenges from some of the world’s most innovative companies.
Here are some of the knowledge, skills and capabilities you will acquire:
· Developing a deep understanding of the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE solution capabilities
· Understanding Dassault Systemes customer’s business requirements, scenarios, use cases, users experience needs.
· Articulating the overall value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related technical field
Genuine curiosity about AI, digital engineering, or how complex products are designed and built
Comfortable speaking or presenting in front of others — or a willingness to develop that skill with coaching
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow through feedback
Familiarity with any CAD, simulation, data science or engineering software is a plus — but not required
Eligible to work in the US (US citizen or permanent resident)
