# Special terms for multi-year deal for Dassault Systèmes customers

For the multi-year deals, the terms for the 1st yearly renewal at the expiration of the multi-year periods are based on the Date of Quotation printed on the Direct Quotation Form, Date of printout of the End User Order Form (EUOF) collectively referred to as Transaction Document or the date of consent in case of Online Consent. Multi-year ALC/YLC Renewal terms

ALC/YLC Pricing Structure

***In the case of upfront payment of the full multi-year amount***
For purchase of multi-year deal in ALC/YLC Pricing Structure, the applicable price for the first yearly renewal at the expiration of the multi-year deal duration is the ALC/YLC price that was applicable to the last year plus the last percentage of increase applicable to the license of a Dassault Systèmes Offering in a given country, as published at https://www.3ds.com/terms/price at least ninety (90) days before renewal date. However, such increase shall not exceed the increase that would have resulted from the revision of the price of the ALC/YLC according to the applicable price index since the date of the last price increase published by Dassault Systèmes at <https://www.3ds.com/terms/price> for the related Dassault Systèmes Offering.

**In the case of annual payment with price increases taken into account in the annual prices**
For purchase of multi-year deal in ALC/YLC Pricing Structure, the applicable price for the first yearly renewal at the expiration of the multi-year deal duration is the ALC/YLC price that was applicable to the last year plus the last percentage of increase applicable to the license of a Dassault Systèmes Offering in a given country, as published at <https://www.3ds.com/terms/price> at least ninety (90) days before renewal date. However, such increase shall not exceed the increase that would have resulted from the revision of the price of the ALC/YLC according to the applicable price index since the date of the last price increase published by Dassault Systèmes <https://www.3ds.com/terms/price> for the related Dassault Systèmes Offering.

For a purchase of a multi-year deal in the ALC/YLC Pricing Structure, the applicable price for the first yearly renewal at the expiration of the multi-year deal duration is the ALC/YLC price that was applicable to the first year plus the cumulated percentage of increase applicable to any given year of the multi-year deal, in a given country, as published at <https://www.3ds.com/terms/price>
