Role Description & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (e.g. --Understand the customer’s needs, challenge their process, and document the requirements)
- You will manage the initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the customer
- You will conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable)
- You will support end-users on the use of solutions
- You will liaise between client and technical team to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client
- You will capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability
Qualifications:
- Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MES/MOM implementation, configuration, or project management
- Experience working in a manufacturing company or on manufacturing industry projects
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and within global teams
- Strong English communication skills
- Flexible to work on-site in Seoul and other regions in Korea
