Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Education business, focusing on startup clients as future growth engines for SOLIDWORKS.
  • Collaborate with partners to design go-to-market strategies and align sales goals with Dassault Systèmes’ vision.
  • Support and guide partners through sales insights, performance reviews, and capability development.
  • Conduct governance meetings with partners to monitor progress and align on strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to marketing and co-marketing plans to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure partners meet required certifications and KPIs to achieve business excellence and transformation goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and within complex organizations.
  • Proven experience in software or technology sales, ideally through partner channels.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in indirect business or partner management.
  • Understanding of the education market or related industry experience (preferred).
  • Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
