About the Team:
Drive strategic initiatives to optimize delivery models, resource allocation, and process efficiency across global teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.Provide technical leadership by guiding solution design, offering architecture-level reviews, and resolving critical issues during the development and deployment lifecycle.Champion standardization of processes, documentation practices, and coding guidelines across teams, while fostering a culture of accountability and quality.
Responsibilities:
· Leads cross-functional technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of RAVE Custom Scripts, Custom Data Extracts, Reports, and SQL-based solutions aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.
· Oversees end-to-end project planning and execution in coordination with Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
· Drives strategic initiatives to optimize delivery models, resource allocation, and process efficiency across global teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
· Provides technical leadership by guiding solution design, offering architecture-level reviews, and resolving critical issues during the development and deployment lifecycle.
· Acts as a primary escalation point for technical and delivery challenges, collaborating closely with client delivery leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
· Champions standardization of processes, documentation practices, and coding guidelines across teams, while fostering a culture of accountability and quality.
· Mentors and coaches team leads and developers, facilitating skill development, career growth, and effective knowledge sharing.
· Leads quarterly and ad hoc review meetings with senior leadership, presenting delivery metrics, risk assessments,and strategic recommendations.
· Partners with quality assurance and compliance teams to align deliverables with industry regulations and internal audit standards.
· Identifies opportunities for automation and innovation in development and deployment processes, driving adoption of best practices and emerging technologies
· 20+ years of experience and excellent track record of building, architecting and delivering, identifying, qualifying, building consensus for, and implementing enabling technologies and enterprise systems that facilitate business processes and strategic objectives.
· Broad experience of development, consulting, and management experience in Information Technology. Strong technical background with ability to direct projects and departments.
· Highly skilled in software development and systems architecture, web technologies, database design, systems design and multi-tier application development, full project life cycle management, client/vendor relationship management.
· Results oriented professional, recognized for taking on major initiatives, and adapting to rapidly changing environment and resolving mission-critical issues to ensure bottom-line success.
· Proven ability to translate Business needs into technology requirements that supports the company's Business objectives, and to successfully manage all phases of IT Projects from needs analysis and requirements definition to vendor, implementation, and training.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills, Identification and negotiation for Business and Technology requirements.
· Efficient knowledge on Medidata Rave and other supporting Medidata tools, backend database.
· Custom scripts,Custom Data Extracts, Reports and Visual Analytics
· Extensive experience in design and development of Workflow, CRM, and ERP systems, B2B and B2C applications,Web applications, Client/Server systems, and other n-tiered distributed applications.
· Managed development teams and IT operations using exceptionally diverse array of programming languages, server-side and client-side scripting, application and web servers, RDBMS, web content management systems, modeling tools, version control systems, development tools, image manipulation and production software.
· Well-versed with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Technologies, Data Science,Digital Transformation, Cloud Technologies, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Content/Video Management Expertise in .NET application development using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB.NET
· Expertise in SQL Server programming, custom scripts, views, and stored procedures
· Significant experience in development on Computer/Machine Vision applications with ML and DL enhancements,Classification, Regression, Extraction techniques for images and content.
· Live Exposure to production environments and deployment aspects, with hands on experience on troubleshoot and root cause analysis.
· Sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software maintenance.
· Significant experience in Analyzing, Designing, Testing, implementing of n-tiered enterprise, distributed applications
· System development on Microsoft Technology platform with Comprehensive problem-solving abilities
· Technical Skills Languages/ Technologies: C#, ASP, .Net, jQuery, Angular JS, Python Web Services: REST, SOAP Development Tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code Source Control: Git, TFS, VSS.
· Database/Languages: SQL Server, mySQL, PL/SQL.
· Education:
· MBA (Master of Business Administration)
· B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science and Information Technology)
· Key Achievements Awarded with Certificate of Recognition by TATA Sons for providing an automated ML solution to an industrial challenge
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
The total expected compensation range is between C$124,000.00 and C$150,000.00, including base salary and target bonus.
