Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners, resellers, and system integrators in Malaysia while conducting regular training and certification programs to drive solution positioning.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management: Own and deliver partner sales targets and pipelines, managing CRM tracking, accurate forecasting, and deal closure in the region.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop joint business plans with key partners detailing sales targets, enablement strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship Management & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partner leadership and work closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to align GTM strategies.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and partner performance to deliver regular pipeline updates to regional leadership.
  • Governance & Compliance: Manage partner agreements and incentive programs to ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulations.
     

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 to 7 years of total work experience, with 5+ years of experience in channel/partner sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in technology, software, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner/channel revenue in the Malaysia market.
  • Prior experience working with resellers, distributors, or system integrators is highly preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills
