Legal Counsel – South East Region

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide general legal support in the South East region (Italy, Turkey, Israel, Balkans, and Central Asia with potential involvement in other EMEAR countries. The role will primarily focus on business transactions and is based on Milan office.
You will join a team of experienced lawyers across EMEAR and report directly to the General Counsel for the South East region.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to sales, services, and other business functions
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software licenses, professional services and support contracts, NDAs, distribution agreements, and public tenders
• Support the closure of commercial transactions in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Advise on corporate and commercial matters in collaboration with the Corporate Legal team
• Contribute to M&A activities in the region, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Assist with employment, purchasing, compliance, and dispute resolution matters as needed
• Develop and deliver legal training materials to internal teams
• Collaborate on legal department initiatives across the EMEAR region
