Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Handle incoming support calls, requests and emails to do with internal application, user license & account.
Assess and dispatch issues according to predefined processes or solutions while acting as accountability partner on red alert situations.
Assist senior engineers to provide technical solutions and advices to customers, partners and colleagues around the globe (includes monitoring & notifying on DELMIA Hosted services systems related error; assisting with pre-Go Live requirements for new customers).
Analyze and assist senior engineers to resolve dynamic technical problems from various individually customized 3DS applications
Collaborate and engage with various resources worldwide to discover technical solutions
Contribute to the 3DS technical knowledge base with new findings & audit customer pages for ease of reference.

Qualifications

Completed/currently pursuing Tertiary qualification such as degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications.
Good understanding of OOP & strong coding skillset.
Highly self-motivated team player with strong command of both verbal and written skills in English, comfortable working with people at every level of the company.
Possess strong logical and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
