We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as an Intern (m/f/d) – SIMULIA Software Engineer to join our R&D team.
The team is a highly skilled and diverse. We help each other out to make Simpack the best product on the market. Role Description & Responsibilities

You will assist the SIMULIA Motion R&D team with implementing new features and investigating as well as fixing bugs in Simpack, a leading mutlibody simulation tool
You will collaborate with other developers, UX designers and QA locally in Gilching, as well as worldwide across the company
You will implement User Interfaces and connect with underlying data model and solver or maintain and enhance our 2D plotting and 3D rendering of models
You will create and update automated tests

Qualifications

You are currently studying Computer science or similar
You have practical skills in C++ with newer standards like C++17 or higher
You have experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
You are familiar with industry standard processes and tools for continuous integration, source code version control, build management, compile and linkage
You have strong English communication skills (German is a Plus)
Practical experience with gitlab, Jira, cmake, gcc MSVC, Qt is a Plus
