HR Officer Intern - Benelux

We are looking for a HR Officer Intern to join our Dassault Systèmes, office in ‘s Hertogenbosch. In this 6 to 12 months internship (depending on personal situation and studies), we are looking to hire an intern in our people value services team who is either currently studying and looking to apply their knowledge in practice, or has finished their studies and is looking to gain some experience in HR operations in a very international and dynamic environment.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Support the HR administration team in the Benelux region with day to day tasks such as: creating employment contracts, handling of certificates and personnel documents.
• Extract, analyze and consolidate HR local data into Excel reports for the different business areas.
• Responsible for onboarding activities of newcomers.
• Assist with post contract creation activities and detailed checks of employment related documents, ensuring data accuracy.
• Depending on school requirements we also offer possibility to conduct your research project with us.
