FP&A Analyst

Role description

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to translate strategy into financial plans and forecasts. 
• Prepare and provide relevant information on Business KPIs with insightful analysis to Sales Management to help in understanding of Financial and Business performance / drivers and support in decision making and action plans
• Perform revenue analysis and conduct financial modelling as required to support evaluation of new projects, investments and new business model
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams on annual Sales Planning and quarterly revenue forecasting, providing value-added insights through recurring revenue simulations, growth driver analysis, and sourcing strategy assessment.
• Conduct Expense budget and rolling forecast exercises in collaboration with relevant organizations: Customer Value Engagement Team, Global Functions.
• Prepare and perform analysis on Quarterly/Yearly closing for both management and legal entities in scope. Work with stakeholders on action plans, where necessary, to address variances
   

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Financial Accounting
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience, either within a Big 4 audit firm or in FP&A and Controlling roles of a multinational corporation
• Hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of TM1 and SAP Business Object is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS)
• Strong analytical skills. Able to identify root causes of problems, participate in the generation and evaluation of alternative solutions, and implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively
• Solid business acumen and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to partnering with stakeholders and delivering value-added insights
