Role & Descriptions
- Responsible for developing and leading a sales team to develop a sustainable business on his/her assigned territory.
- Manage sales persons to drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and lead transformation within his/her sales team to grow revenue for 3DS.
- Be accountable to execute based on VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework
Qualifications
- Management of a multi-million revenue plan over 3 years in collaboration with a dedicated sales team
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers and manage complex negotiations
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills to get 3DS internal and customer commitments
- Proven leadership and strategy development skills
- Strong motivating and mentoring skills to communicate a compelling vision to sales team
