Role Description & Responsibilities

The China IE Industry Team supports the industrial equipment sector in driving digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing, contributing to China’s strategy of high-quality and sustainable manufacturing development. By leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DE) platform, professional services, industry solutions, and best practices, the team has successfully delivered numerous digital product lifecycle transformation projects and established strong industry references.


As an Industry Executive (IE CE), you will focus on strategic accounts within the industrial equipment sector. Using the Value Engagement model and the 3DE platform, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive growth.

  • Create breakthrough success stories and rebuild strong reference cases for the 3DE platform.

  • Scale and replicate successes across the value chain to accelerate industry-wide growth.

  • Strengthen and expand the ecosystem by building strategic partnerships.

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise in the IE industry.

  • Achieve annual business targets by leveraging both internal and external ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering or related fields.

  • Proven experience and achievements in CAD/CAE/PLM, MES, or other industrial software domains.

  • Strong capabilities in:

    • Strategic account management and execution

    • Business development, pipeline building, and forecasting

    • Large deal management and Challenger Sales methodology

    • Effective teamwork and strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
