Product Overview
DELMIA Shop Order Release enables the release of a Shop Order package including the as-planned process and 3D work instruction data for the requested configuration to production systems such as MES in preparation for the production launch. Shop Order Release also accepts work execution status from MES and updates the status of the as-planned data.

The Shop Order Information data package can also contain 3D xml representation of replay data and work instructions stored within the process plan.

DELMIA Shop Order Release requires the presence of 3D Simulation for Manufacturing 2 Product and PPR Navigator to simulate the work instructions and interact with the PPR Manufacturing Hub. The use of the Shop Order Release Configuration allows the batch processing of Work Instruction packets without using a production seat of another configuration.

DELMIA Shop Order Release accepts work execution status from MES and updates the status of the as-planned data accordingly.

  • Interacts with existing systems
Provides an application programming interface (API) to allow MES software to automatically launch and generate SOIs, Job XMLs and Precedence XMLs. Work Instructions can also export order create data to the MES server including PackNGo datasets, job and job precedence XML files.

  • Generates customizable XML representations of the job and job precedence
The XML files extract all of the details and reference the previously created images. The user may customize what information is extracted and how it appears in the final XML file.

  • Transitions mature work instructions to the shop floor
Work instructions created with the latest product, process, and resource information can be transitioned to the MES vendor on the shop floor representing an accurate "Build To" package for the shop floor worker. These build-to packages can be extracted using the Pack & Go function.
