Senior Kubernetes Administrator

We are looking for a driven and experienced engineer with strong skills in Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, and networking. This role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments, automating processes, and collaborating with other teams to optimize application deployments. They are responsible for the overall health and performance of the cluster, including monitoring, scaling, and implementing security best practices

Role Description & Responsibilities:

· Build, Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in production.

· Design and manage Cloud infrastructure (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).

· Administer and harden Linux-based systems.

· Configure and maintain networking components (DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing).

· Automate deployment and infrastructure provisioning

· Monitor system health, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

· Experience – 6 to 8 years

· Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s).

· Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including their Kubernetes services and cloud networking concepts.

· Solid knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting.

· CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)

Good to Have:

· Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability.

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools

· Cilium and kyverno

· Exposure to container security, logging, and alerting systems.

· Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
