Bender Kutub, Applications Engineer for Aerospace, Automotive, and Defense, Stratasys, LTD

Mr. Bender Kutub is an Applications Engineer for the Aerospace, Defense and Automotive (ADA) Solutions Business Unit (SBU) within Stratasys Inc.  His main focus is on providing technical expertise and driving application development for advanced uses of FDM technology in the ADA industries.  He has been with Stratasys for several years working closely with high-value customers to promote the adoption of additive technologies for manufacturing uses and working on research projects to further the capabilities of machines, materials, and applications.   During his time at Stratasys Bender has focused on eliminating the variability in the FDM process and developing process and part certification methods for the aerospace industry, he has also focused on characterizing the thermo-mechanical behavior of high performance FDM materials. Prior to being with Stratasys, Bender was an Applications Engineer with e-Xstream Engineering, an MSC Software company, providing application support and consulting services  for a composite materials multi-scale modeling software called Digimat. Bender holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on characterization and simulation of composite materials and structures.


Jing Bi, SIMULIA Additive Manufacturing Technical Consultant, Dassault Systemes

Jing Bi is a technical consultant at Dassault Systèmes focusing on solutions that help realize the potential of Additive Manufacturing technologies. She received her MS and PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2010 and 2012 respectively. She joined Dassault Systèmes in 2012. She has worked in a variety of technical roles at SIMULIA and engagement with key customers and partners.
