CATIA NAM Senior Solution Consultant

Tonya is a Senior Solution Consultant at Dassault Systèmes where she specializes in lightweight engineering, which includes additive manufacturing and composites applications. Tonya has a unique career story, allowing her to bring real-life technical experience to her current position.

She began her career as a shop floor machine operator where she discovered her passion for engineering. Her career progressed from there to take on more challenging roles at GKN Aerospace related to engineering, manufacturing, and quality control before she accepted a position with Dassault Systèmes.

Tonya also currently holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management.

In Ms. Cole’s current role, she is responsible for educating, demonstrating, inspiring and supporting solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.


DELMIA Fabrication Portfolio Specialist

NC KISHORE is a Sr. Fabrication Portfolio Expert for DS/DELMIA. NC has been with DS for over 22 years with a passion for Digital Manufacturing. Over the years, NC has supported a variety of customer projects in various industries in the Fabrication domain. NC is a Mechanical Engineer from Bangalore University, INDIA and an MBA from Michigan State University.


SIMULIA Additive Manufacturing Senior Technical Consultant

Anders WINKLER is a senior technical consultant, currently focusing on helping define and execute the corporate strategy for materials. His mission involves growing the materials network, and uncovering new areas for deploying the technology. With respect to additive manufacturing, Anders conducts joint venture industry research, and drives proof-of-concept studies to uncover new application areas, as well as identifying potential capability gaps. His technical knowledge stems from 15 years of design, R&D, testing, manufacturing and production planning in the German automotive industry. He holds a BSc in Engineering Design from Halmstad University in Sweden, an MSc in Mechanical Systems Engineering from the University of Liverpool in the UK, and a Dr.-Ing. in Experimental Mechanics & Material Science from Chemnitz University of Technology in Germany. He is also a professional member and journal reviewer of the Society of Plastics Engineers.


SIMULIA Senior Industry Solutions Manager

Akshay NARASIMHAN is a Senior Industry Solutions Manager working for Dassault Systèmes. His current role is with the Aerospace and Defense Strategic Initiatives team. He is responsible for strategizing, planning and delivering end-to-end simulation solutions for processes pertaining to Aerospace and Defense industry. In addition, he is responsible for delivering high quality and robust simulation solutions for additive manufacturing. His functions include product management, strategic planning, workflow development and thought leadership.

Akshay started his career as an intern with Dassault Systèmes and since then has held 4 different positions within the organization in the last 8 years. He has a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University with a strong background in Structural Mechanics and Engineering Design and a Bachelors of Technology (honors) from National Institute of Technology, India in Mechanical Engineering.
