Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagements using the VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful go-lives.
• Advise clients on improving manufacturing processes by leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform solutions.
• Demonstrate, document, and communicate the value realization based on KPIs and Customer Value Models.
• Drive business process modeling, analysis, and reengineering to align customer goals with Dassault Systèmes’ solutions.
• Support and enable sales teams, partners, and internal consultants with solution expertise and best practices.
• Manage and report on project activities, lead RFx responses, and deliver compelling customer presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process consulting, solution implementation, or pre-sales.
• Strong knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and related Industry Process Experiences.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes and translate them into platform solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional engagements is a plus.
• Business Proficiency in English
