PLM Solution Consultant
We are looking for a PLM Solution Consultant to join our international Services team based in Milan. The role focuses on configuring and implementing PLM solutions using our 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
You will act as a technical point of reference between our customers and Dassault Systèmes solutions. Working alongside senior technical consultants, you will translate technical requirements into effective product configurations and support customers throughout the adoption of the solution. The role combines strong product expertise, technical knowledge and customer interaction, including product demonstrations, workshops and training.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into effective product configurations
- Build expertise on specific Dassault Systèmes solutions, becoming a technical reference point for assigned customers
- Configure and customize ENOVIA/DELMIA solutions according to customer requirements, working alongside senior technical consultants
- Test customer use cases and verify that configured solutions meet the expected requirements
- Support product demonstrations, workshops and end-user training activities
- Provide technical guidance to customers and partners on product capabilities and configuration options
- Support technical analysis and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical, software or IT-related role
- Basic understanding of PLM concepts and interest in developing expertise in Dassault Systèmes solutions
- Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, HTML and JavaScript. Knowledge of C or Python is a plus
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and software architecture
- Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into product configurations
- Strong communication skills and interest in working directly with customers and partners
- Previous experience ERP, MES or other enterprise software is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory
Inclusion statement
Für diese Position bieten wir eine anfängliche jährliche Bruttovergütung in folgender Bandbreite an: 39000€ bis 44000€. Diese wird auf der Grundlage objektiver Kriterien – wie etwa der erforderlichen Erfahrung und Qualifikationen sowie des Aufgabenbereichs der Stelle – festgelegt. Dieser Vergütungsrahmen umfasst das Grundgehalt (Fixum) sowie gegebenenfalls eine variable Vergütungskomponente (Zielbonus), ganz im Einklang mit unserem Bekenntnis zu klaren und transparenten Vergütungspraktiken.
