Infrastructure Consultant
Secure the deployment of 3DEXPERIENCE projects by operating and maintaining DS Solutions in the customer's sytem environments.
As an infrastructure consultant, support the implementation and deployment of PLM solutions (different 3DEXPERIENCE Platform releases) to our customers by installing, configuring and integrating the DS software products/applications, which are required in various industry such as Automotive, Aerospace, CPG, High-Tech, etc.
Participate to complex 3DEXPERIENCE platform Implementation projects. Analyze customer’s requirements and configure solutions accordingly to ensure quality and on time delivery.
- Validate technical prerequisites (software/hardware) in the customer environment and compliancy with DS product.
- Deploy DS products upgrade and migrate customer's PLM information system.
- Operate and maintain DS products on customer's site.
- Propose solutions regarding the main customer operational issues. This includes tuning/configuration of DS products and related key software component as Operating System, DataBases, application and wed servers.
- Write installation, operation and migration guides dedicated to the customer IT team.
At least 1-3 years of experience of implementing end to end any product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions (like ENOVIA V6/MatrixOne/ENOVIA V5) with the following skills,
- Install and administer the entire PLM environments of various architectures
- Optimize automated installer and configuration scripts to reduce the manual efforts
- Support the development activities and related efforts that constitute the configuration delivery plan.
- Establish the specifications documents based on the customer’s requirements.
- Assess the requirements & recommend various parameters for efficient PLM infrastructure design
- Support definition of enterprise level architecture Planning and Sizing.
- Define and perform PCS testing scenarios
Must have:
Knowledge and experience of any PLM solution, its architecture & related infrastructure
Experience of installing, configuring and maintaining some of the standard Operating Systems (such as Windows 200x, Solaris/AIX/HP-UX/RedHat/SuSE Linux)
Working knowledge of any CAD tool and its basic Interop with PLM Solutions
Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
