What will your job be?
We are constantly experimenting with new product ideas and creating amazing experiences each day. You will be a core part of the team, bringing ideas to life through product designs and interactions. While working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment, you will design solutions that solve for specific user needs that lead to improvements in our current product offerings. If you are passionate about innovation, experimentation, and fast-paced development, all in order to help our users to solve real Business problems, then you will fit right in.
The Challenges ahead
Some of the things that your team will count on you
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Work with Architects, User Success Engineers and product managers to refine user experiences
- Identify and transform user needs, insights and functional requirements into simple and inspiring designs
- Lead brainstorming and design sprint sessions in collaboration with the team to generate multiple ideas
- Synthesize inputs from multiple sources into concrete design options and convince the team and stakeholders why we should test them
- Create quick prototypes to validate new ideas through A/B testing and/or through ad-hoc user feedback sessions with customers and internal users
- Be able to prioritize work and design the UIs and flows for new and existing features and products.
Your key success factors:
- Experience with mobile-first experiences and design systems, with a demonstrated ability to think through end-to-end solutions with a strong user-centered approach
- 1-3 years professional experience working in product user experience
- Skilled in interaction and visual design and able to autonomously and continually improve the quality of our products
