Kick-start your tech career as a User Request Engineer Intern in our 3DVIA Support Team and experience innovation in action at Dassault Systèmes in Cracow!
In this role, you’ll support our global users by helping to ensure smooth operation of our solutions and contributing to continuous service improvement. You’ll gain practical experience in a dynamic, international tech environment and receive training to boost your technical and soft skills.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and supporting others. Availability of at least 25 hours per week is required.

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to grow and gain experience in various aspects of technical support and user success, including:

Providing day-to-day assistance to the 3DVIA Support team
Managing incoming Service Reports – categorizing, prioritizing, and distributing them in the ticketing system
Reproducing, validating, and testing reported case scenarios
Providing responsive support for business areas
Creating simple support tools and scripts in C#
Assisting in documentation and internal process improvements

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of C#, HTML/JavaScript and SQL
Computer administration skills with Windows servers
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Analytical thinking, attention to details and a proactive mindset
Customer-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to help
Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English
