TP - Client Executive

Role Description & Responsibilities:
Sales Objectives and Plan
- Define, develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Team Management
- Lead, develop and manage a multicultural sales & technical team to achieve collective excellence and foster a culture of accountability
Customers Engagement
- Qualify leads and assess engagement level accordingly. Coordinate activities to efficiently use resources, meet business objectives, and adhere to project deadlines. Negotiate and close deals with major clients
Account Management
- Gain a deep and comprehensive understanding of customers’ challenges in order to convey value, and provide guidance at every stage of the engagement. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Business Development
- Support sales and marketing activities and work jointly with product management to escalate enhancement requests and new industry trends
R&D Collaboration
- Align customer needs with internal product development
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to successfully manage long and complex sales engagement with C-level and to maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and ability to communicate with an international team in English
- Proficiency in CRM software, experience in CAD, CAM, CAE, EDA, FEA is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Japan and South Korea up to 50%
