The position

The Strategic Account Manager:

  • Enjoys looking for new business opportunities.
  • Builds and expands relationship with strategically relevant customers.
  • Is part of a team to help our customers translate their visions into smart and efficient end-to-end processes, by collaborating with internal teams as well as our partners.
  • Works with multi-million deals and will be part of an award winning Euronorth team.
  • Represents the entire portfolio of company solutions and services, focusing on business optimization and transformation with clients. With our unique solution platform, businesses are empowered to innovate in entirely new ways. It provides organizations a high-class solution to manage business processes and ecosystem, connecting people, ideas, data and solutions together in a single environment. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Executive relationships and supply chain to support enterprise business transformation.
  • Establish and develop “trusted advisor” relationships with customer executives at all levels with particular emphasis on C and VP level.
  • Lead a company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the short and the long-term.
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary team members.
  • Build to ensure sales pipeline on two rolling quarters.
  • Is responsible for achieving strategic account’s objectives and sales quota.
  • Executes the sales strategy for strategic accounts in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Your key success factors

  • Hunting for new opportunities in the market and growing them into strategic deals.
  • Manage a multi-dimensional sales process.
  • Having process related knowledge and significant experience in transformation themes such as business sustainability. Familiarity with industry specific standards is a plus. (eg industrial equipment, high tech, automotive, healthcare,  and/or product development)
  • Experienced in Value Selling (consultative as well as solution)
  • Experience in PLM and Engineering/Manufacturing/Service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
