The Product Marketing team within Patient Cloud is responsible for the promotion of and communication around all Patient Cloud Products. Patient Cloud is a suite of powerful solutions that makes it simple and engaging for patients to participate in any clinical trial – so clinical trials are easier, faster, and produce better results. Built into the Medidata Clinical Cloud platform, Patient Cloud solutions combine Medidata’s leading clinical trial technology with unmatched patient centricity by design. Who we’re looking for:
The Sr. Director, Patient Cloud Product Marketing directs the development of Patient Cloud Product Marketing programs. He/She is responsible for the assessment of existing and potential markets, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launches. Activities may include technical sales support; product advertising/promotion; planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation.
Detailed knowledge of company allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas.
Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations.
Recognized as an influential leader.
Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business.
Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goals.
Requirements (Education & Experience):
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or life sciences
At least 10 years of experience in product marketing and/or patient/site/sponsor communications.
Proven track record with DCT product launches and industry thought leadership
